With a home-away-from-home feel and Afro-Scandi design, our Collection offers the perfect hideaways lovingly created by Jonas Sandström.
Our Ethos
Gonana means to ‘embrace’ in isiZulu, and embracing our surroundings is what we’ve done. Supporting local artisans and small businesses while encouraging our guests to do the same.

Fabulous stay, definitely worth a good few days, within metres of the beach.
Private, beautifully restored and tastefully furnished. Everything you could need for a good few days stay, definitely worth more than a stopover. Scrupulously clean. The site manager was brilliant, arranged dinner for us to be taken back to the cottage, and ensured every detail was perfect otherwise. Best nights sleep I had in ages!
